Returns Policy

We hope you love your order! But if you have changed your mind, don’t worry, simply follow the steps below

1. Repackage the item into the box and place into the outer packaging. Please include your completed return form, found on the back of your invoice. 
2. Attach your return label to the front of your parcel. Print your label here 
3. Take your parcel to any post office counter, make sure you keep hold of the receipt as your proof of postage.

We are happy to refund your order excluding the original delivery cost. Simply fill out the returns form that you received with your order and enclose it with your return. Items are returned at the customers expense. If you choose to use the pre-paid Royal Mail returns label £2.50 will be deducted from your refund. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Lavish Luxe. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, failure to do so will result in us not being able to refund your item.

International customers

Items are returned at the customers expense. 

Can I exchange my items?

We don't offer exchanges just yet. Simply return your unwanted item(s) and re-order via the website. Please use code EXCHANGE10 at check out for 10% off your next order.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 2-3 working days of receiving it back to us although this may be longer during busy periods. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know.

PLEASE NOTE- your refund can take between 5-10 working days to credit your account depending on your bank.
