UK Mainland

You will received a text message/email to the contact details you have provided at the checkout on the morning your delivery is due from the courier.

You will be given a 2 hour delivery time slot via text/email, you also will then be given the option to respond to advise the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are unable to sign for your parcel yourself.

Please note, the 2 hour delivery time slot is an estimation and not a guaretee, this could possibly change thoroughout the day.

If the courier does not feel like the 'safe place' your have provided is safe enough for your parcel to be left, then your parcel will not be left in the safe place you have provided and will be attempted again on the next day.

The courier will attempt a maximum of 3 times to deliver your parcel at your address. If there is no one availiable to take reciept and no safe place or neighbour avaliable then your parcel will be returned back to the sender.

If you have not recieved your confirmaiton email this could be due to your confirmation email landing in you junk mail/spam folder.

Please ensure you check your junk mail/spam folder, If your confirmation email is not located in there then please drop us an email at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk.

We don't offer exchanges just yet. Simply return your unwanted item(s) and re-order via the website. Please use code FREEDEL for free standard UK delivery off your next order.

If you have only received part of your order this is usually due to the missing item being out of stock or damaged and we have been unable to ship this out to you.

We send you an email informing you of the missing item in your order and get your refund processed straight away, your refund may take approximately 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account dependant on your bank.

Please check your junk mail/spam folder as your email may land in there.

If you need to make changes to your order please get in contact with us straight away at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk as we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order then please get in contact with us straight away via our email at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk

We are unable to cancel any orders once they have been shipped from our warehouse.

We hope you love your order! But if you have changed your mind, don’t worry, simply follow the steps below

1. Repackage the item into the original box/bag and place into the outer packaging. Please include your completed return form found enclosed within your parcel. 

2. Attach your return label to the front of your parcel. Please print your label here (a £2.50 shipping fee will be deducted if our returns label is used)

3. Take your parcel to any post office counter, make sure you obtain the receipt as your proof of postage incase your parcel is lost on the way.

If you wish to return your unwanted items using your own courier, you can find our returns address below;

We advise that you used a tracked servcie if you are using your own courier, again make sure you obtain the reciept as your proof of postage incase your parcel is lost on the way.


PLEASE NOTE - We can not accept any returns of earrings due to hygience reasons 


International Customers

Items are returned at your own expense to the address below. Please ensure you use a trackable service.

At the moment we do not offer free returns. If you choose to use our pre-paid Royal Mail returns label, £2.50 will be deducted from your refund.

ou must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Lavish Luxe. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

If you return your parcel using your own courier service this is at your own expense, we do advise to send your return on a tracked service.

Please be aware that we do not refund your original shipping costs, if you have returned your parcel using the Royal Mail prepaid label this deducts £2.50 from your refund.

If you still think that you have been refunded incorrectly please get in touch with us at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item(s) in your order are unworn and in their original packaaging when returning.

Yes you can track your return if you use a trackable return service! If you have returned your parcel using the Royal Mail prepaid label then you are able to track your return parcel using the long digit number on your proof of postage. 

Oh no! We are sorry that your item is faulty! Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk and we will be able to assist you further! Please provide as much information as possible about your faulty item along with any helpful images.

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged! You MUST get in contact with our customer service team with 2-3 working days of receiving your parcel for us to be able to assist you. Please contact us on customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk!

We aim to process all refunds within 2-3 working days of receiving it back to us although this may be longer during busy periods.

Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know.

PLEASE NOTE - your refund can take between 5-10 working days to credit your account depending on your bank

Don’t worry, if you are returning your parcel back to us and have lost your delivery note, just put a note inside your parcel with your order ID, full name, address and reason for returning.

If you do not know your order ID then this can be found on your order confirmation email, or get in contact with our customer service team at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk!

If you do not enclose any information about your order our returns team will not be able to identify who the return belongs to and this may prolong your return being processed.

Orders must be made by 5pm for same day despatch (Monday - Friday ex. bank holidays).

We do not have any pick ups on weekends, if you order after 5pm your order will be despatched the next working day.

If you place your order after 5pm on Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday your order will be processed and depsatched on the next working day.

If you have not received your parcel in the timeframe specified on our website please contact us via email at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk, you MUST contact us within 2-3 working days after your expected delivery date.

We are sorry to hear that your parcel is lost! You MUST contact us at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk within 2-3 working days of expected delivery date with your order ID, full name and delivery address then our customer service team will look into this for you! Any longer than 2-3 working days and our courier may not be able to invesigate the location of your parcel.

If your parcel has been returned back to our warehouse then you will have to contact our customer service team at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk to get your parcel redelivered back to you, however this will incur an extra delivery charge should you want your parcel re-shipping.

Our couriers advise that return to sender parcels can take up to 14 working days before they are returned to us.

If your parcels tracking is stating that your parcel has been delivered however you have not received it, please ask your neighbours if they have signed for your parcel on your behalf and also any safe places that delivery drivers may have left your parcel.

If you have still not received your parcel then you MUST get in touch with our customer service team on customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk within 2-3 working days of expected delivery date. Any longer than 2-3 working days and our courier may not be able to investigate.

You may have to pay custom charges once your parcel has arrived in your selected country.

Unfortunately we do not have exact dates of when stock will be restocked, however if you click on the product you are wanting to purchase then you can sign up to our back in stock subscriptions and as soon as the item is back in stock you will be notified via email.

Oh no! We are sorry that you can’t find the item that you want! This is because our products can sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock!

If you are receiving the notice ‘transaction refused’ this is usually due to an incorrect billing address being entered. This must be the same address as the one your bank has on file for you otherwise your bank rejects the payment on security grounds.

If you are still having trouble ordering then get in touch with our customer service team at customerservice@lavishluxe.co.uk and someone will be able to assist you further!

If it looks like any funds have left your account you will need to call your bank as they will more than likely be ‘held’ and they will just release the funds back to you. This sometimes happens when the user ‘refreshes’ or ‘goes back’ during the payment process.
